Hurricane Sandy

I live in New York, so I was affected by the hurricane that hit late last year. I drove down to my hometown to check on my parents because I hadn't heard from them in a few days and was terrified. They were okay, though. They just didn't have power. There wasn't much damage done by the storm to the house. Some of the new shingles my dad put on the roof were blown off and 2 sections of the pool fence were in the pool. I wish I could say that was all in town. I didn't have a whole lot of time to go around and take photos but here are the ones I did manage to take.

This power line was near ground level. I could have reached out to touch it if I wanted to.
